1. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind, sales are final. However, if you require any further information or additional photos to support your decision to purchase an item, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to assist you in any way I can.

2. Damaged Items: While it's rare, if your item arrives damaged in any way, I will gladly offer you a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want to ensure you receive your items in pristine condition.
